This game is insanely boring
I played nearly 20 hours in dead by daylight. How can someone have fun in this game? You just sit on a generator and press 1 button to hit some boring skillcheck. You get tunneled. You get gen rushed. For the first time in my life, I fell asleep on my chair. I never felt so bored in my life. It's like a babysitting simulator, with loading screens and errors. The game is terribly balanced, there are bugs and the graphics are bad. I had killers who used hex pentimento and NOED and I never could see the hex totems auras. How this game is still going on for more than 7 years is unbelievable to me. Don't people have self respect and taste in video games? I honestly feel bad for y'all.
I'm glad I had this for free on Epic Games because I would have felt extremely bad for myself if I'd spent my money on this video game. I don't recommend this game to my friends, colleagues or my family for that matter.
I'm not trying to convince anyone to stop, I just never felt like this. It's depressing.

Really? I could not even sleep at night after my first 20 hours in DBD because i was so full of adrenaline. How you find this boring is definitly a "you" problem. I am sorry for you.
Random suggestion: Try Hunt Showdown.

Not all games are for everyone. If you're not having fun, then that's ok. Maybe a different game would be more to your liking.
I also don't understand how getting tunneled would be boring. I mean, there is some weird guy behind you that's trying to brutally murder you by slapping you on a meat hook. If that is boring, then I guess this really isn't your game.

If you honestly don’t enjoy the game… why didn’t you just delete it and moved on if I may ask? I mean.. you didn’t pay anything for it, you certainly don’t care about this game even slightly, your feedback doesn’t help anyone at all because it’s not constructive nor really destructive, you don’t want to hear what people think is fun about this game…

Why even play the game for 20 hrs tho? Just saying if I thought a game was boring I would have stopped playing WAY before 20hrs, especially if you said you even got the game for free. Sounds like you are forcing yourself to enjoy something you don't

Dbd is very addictive and has a lot of depth. Not the hardest game, but there is a lot that can he uncovered.
It is also the only game where certain iconic characters are playable as a video game character. If you are only interested in gameplay, then dbd is very repetitive. That can be good or bad. Some people like how simple the premise is. There is even a competetive scene for this game...
It's enjoyable enough for 60m players.
If it's not for you, nobody can blame you.

Hm. Criticizing the graphics means you had matches on each map. Highlighting the difficulty stemming from a particular combination of perks (build) means you know many of them and how they look like when in use. You are also familiar with tunnelling and other terminology associated with the game.
All this in 20 hours? I say bait post!
DbD is interesting in the first 20-50 hours. Then it becomes even more exciting and when you are around 100-250 you want to learn both sides at the same time you want to enjoy the chase music and you have started unlocking achievements and completing challenges.
You are at the beginning of the road - the more you venture on it the wider it gets with its many detours. DbD makes you stop to rest for a while. These are the least interesting parts when you want to leave your journey for good. Some do it temporarily, some continue but come here to vent. This is what DbD has been for 7 years.

I’m so sorry that you didn’t enjoy this game, it’s true that it’s not for everyone and the community does have a reputation of being pretty toxic.
Anyway, let me suggest other games that may be to your liking like Roblox or Animal crossing, and even Minecraft. I’ve heard that those games are much more exhilarating compared to this game.
If you’re feeling a little daring then you can graduate from the games mentioned above and move on to Chess, Checkers and Super Tetris. Don’t forget to put on some heavy metal music from renowned artists like Mozart and Beethoven.
Then you can finally relax by playing Elden Ring while listening to classical music, one of my favorites being a piece titled “Starships (Pachelbel-Canon in D version)” by Nicolette Minajarette.

i loved this game my first 800ish hours played from 2019-2021ish? idk tbh. but now the game is garbage for survivor and its miserable and depressing to play.

Difference in what entertains you. Not everyone will like what you like; what you find fun is boring af for others. There's no answer to really give. It's fun for us, and boring for you.
