Can Killers Hear Survivors' Cosmetics?
Some cosmetics make noise when you look at them in the store.
Two examples are The Dwight Elf and the Mikela winter dress.
Can the killers hear these sound effects in game?

Yes, also, If you’ve ever heard the sound of Zarina’s Penguin slippers or Elodie’s Reindeer slippers that they wear w their onesie pjs, the softer sfx of their feet was noticeably distinguishable from the usual clip-clopping of actual sneaker/shoes cosmetics, especially on indoor maps like Gideon.

I was under the impression it was a client sided thing huh

I play as Dwight Elf around Christmas and I only have people's word that he jingles. I can't hear anything even playing as him. Decent headphones don't make up for low-tier ears.

There's a pair of shoes for Claudette that sound like a horse galloping through an empty museum.

Can't speak for every skin but Dwelf jingles.

I will say, I've seen several Dwelfs while playing killer and I didn't know he jingles until I looked at the skin in store, and I use headphones designed for music editing so I can hear survivors breathing when I play. I think unique survivor sounds like voice lines and some cosmetic sounds are client sided, because as much as I'd LOVE to hear Nick Cage question my life choices while I chase him down, I understand why I can't.

Yes, Nicolas Cage's voice lines are only heard by the player whom is playing him. However, most cosmetic sounds and killer voice lines are heard by everyone.

Wraith's junkyard cosmetic with the license plates also make sounds.
