I'm tired of being slugged for four minutes because the killer can't stand the thought of only getting a 3k.
Even something after 2 minutes. Hell, I'll take 3.

I would love for a concede option for when more than one person is on the ground and the killer is just slugging because they can.

That, or the multiple times where I'm slugged all four minutes because the killer either can't find or catch the other survivor.
The killer has already won. A singular person maybe getting the hatch doesn't make them lose, especially if 4 gens are still up. Just let me die so I can go next.

Yep, you're slugged for the 4K and the killer can't catch or find the final person. being able to just "concede" after a minute (if the killer hasn't picked you up) should be a thing. It saves everyone's time.

of course, everything needs to be killer sided
why not:
-If all survivors are in the dying state or on the hook, survivors can pick themselves up
-When there are 2 survivors left in the game, they both can pick themselves up anytime

It would have to be for very specific circumstances, like more than two slugged players and after a certain amount of time has passed so it's not an instant "give up" option.

This, exactly. I'm not asking for a button to concede the mere moment I'm downed. Something after a total of 2 minutes being slugged, something like that.

The developers consider slugging to be a valid tactic, and this would punish the killer for doing well.
If the killer manages to kill my team, fine, whatever - I'm fine with losing. Just don't make me wait.

How is that a punishment? Nobody on gens, everybody either injured or on the hook. Killer has all the pressure.
Unless you are talking about a situation where there is only 1 gen left and its like 85% completed and the game still has 4 survivors. I mean...
Also, slugging is so valid indeed that, equipping Knock Out, Sloppy Butcher and some other perks/add-ons and never hooking survivor is easier to win than playing as "intended" lmfao

I would love it if BHVR reverted the Adept requirements for killers - make it require double pipping again, instead of getting a 4K. And then, if there are 2 people left in the trial, and one is slugged for a minute, auto-heal that person from the dying to the injured state. (or bleed them out instantly)
I feel like in most cases, people slug for 4K only for either adept or their ego. "Having to 4k no matter what" is not a healthy mindset, imo. Your life won't crumble to pieces if you potentially get a 3K instead of a 4K.
I would also like to have survivor adepts changed too - instead of an escape, make it require a double pip. It will teach survivors to do gens, be altruistic and practise chases. Adept on survivor can lead to the survivor hiding a lot, and not contributing much to the team.

Yes, the adept needs to return to what it was, even more now that bots are introduced and people cannot deny adepts by quitting

I'm aware - I'm saying after 2 minutes total of being slugged, give the survivor the choice to bleed themselves out faster. The killer still gets the kill, the game just ends faster.

People don’t just slug for 4k because of ego and adept. The game isn’t very clear on whether you’ve pipped or not especially on higher grades so trying to get hooks on both of the remaining survivors helps in that aspect. I’ve had games where I depipped at higher grades even with a 3k because one Survivor suicided on hook which affected my emblems.
If I knew I would have gotten a pip even if I let one Survivor try for the hatch, I would do so.
The game scoring system itself encourages hooking and killing all 4 survivors instead of 3. If depips were removed and pipping was less strict, casual Killer players would at the very least have lesser incentive to slug the 3rd Survivor.
