Thanks. I paid for this killer with real money so I should be able to play him. In real life, you can't take something away you paid for unless that person want to risk a lawsuit.

Yeah... He is bugged. Thats why he is killswitched.
Also, you accepted the EULA. The Devs would even be able to outright remove stuff forever and you agreed that you are fine with it.

The Devs can change and remove everything they want. They can also disable things if they want.

I can't explain it to you because we live in different countries or different states. Different laws. In my country and state, this isn't allowed and I have every right to sue them.

EULAs basically aren't worth the paper they're not written on. They rely heavily on the fact that most ordinary people have neither the money nor the inclination to challenge them over it.

Yeah... that is just not how it works.
We all accepted the EULA, so that is perfectly legal for them to do. If it wasn't, then I would take legal action for this game not being the same game I paid for back in 2018.
The developers make decisions we disagree with and we can provide feedback. But in legal terms? Nothing wrong was done.

This isn't real life though, it's just a digital online game with a ToS agreement we have to accept to play the game that BHVR owns and even they have their part they must uphold.
Knight main myself it's still disappointing having to wait for a fix which probably won't be until early/mid January due to the holidays.

Its in the EULA you agreed to. If you have an isue with that, you can always revoke your consent in the settings.

Spoiler alert: Probably nothing. If this was the case, like @GeneralV said, I'm sure plenty of people would have already sued BHVR countless of times for changing perks, killers, whatever... So go ahead, be the first one to sue.

The Knight has been temporarily disabled to fix an issue, as stated in the Kill Switch List. The Knight will return to the Killer roster when the issue is resolved.
