Can someone explain this to me? Is not using all the perk slots on one of the best killers in the game with the best addons equipped supposed to be a flex? I see it very often

They don't need to run anything else. It's the same with Nurse; I've seen quite a few run only shadownborn with no add-ons.
Some do it to Flex, some to challenge themselves, some to make a point, and others to have an excuse if they lose.

I do it every once in a while. It's not because of ego, it's to balance out the strength of ring/green speed to a degree. An excuse to run it.
Alch-ring/green-speed is the most you can have on blight, it's just too strong to keep the game tense at all unless you remove all but a little aura reading from your perks.
c33 on the other hand idk, that add-on is just the game on easy mode. Running c33 means you don't want to try at all to win. No idea why someone running that would also be running shadowborn+bbq.

Just putting on these addons results in a killer that most survivor groups can't handle.
Any more perks for slowdown would just make the ridiculousness even worse.
Maybe these players want to play these addons but not feel too bad for the other side?
Maybe they want the game to be a tiny little bit more challenging?
C33 makes Blight one of the easiest and strongest killers in dbd. Out of the 3 (Nurse, Blight and Spirit) a C33 Blight is by far the easiest to play.

I encountered a Blight using nothing (no add-ons, no perks) and wiped the floor with us without giving us the chance to do a single gen.

I mean a Blight with good addons and zero perks is still stronger than most of the other killers with their most busted loadouts.

Nah they just want to show how good they are. If they were really care about other side, they could not use those busted add-ons.
I don't care whatever perks or add-ons they use tho. It's just shows how busted killers are Nurse and Blight.

C33 does not show how good you are as Blight. It shows how bad you are with him.
This addon is so strong, that you don't have to play good at all with the blights rushes. You can just vaporize pallets and get hits that way. A good m1 killer with no threat at pallets and map mobility is seriously overtuned.
Nurse has no busted addon that I'm aware of. Some are good yes, but not nearly as strong as blights arsenal of nuclear weapons.

Nurse's herself is problematic, her base-kit.
And i did not meant they are good. It's just their ego. They just wanna show you they defeated you with only add-ons.

It's to sell themselves on the idea that running only two perks evens things out, and quiet that voice in their head telling them their add-ons are busted and it doesn't take much skill to win with them.
But it doesn't. Those two add-ons are giga-busted. Just dirty, and running no perks wouldn't balance the equation.

I have no ego while running ring. I run it once every couple months because it makes the most fluid character in the game even more fluid. I posted in another thread that 250% increase in power level is beyond broken.
Last time I ran ring with an ego was before 6.1.0. against a comp team running 3 green med-kits and the works for their perks. So don't impose your guesses on me.

Its like when the killer stomps a team and when they see the endgame screen, all survivors are running low tier perks

I am going against this type people. And they are even rude in chat, like writing ez, noobs etc. And some of them are not even that good, needed tunnel someone out.

The only reason I replied is because I'm the only actual blight main in this thread. It felt like I was being attacked by the two I responded to.
Ring when tunneling is completely unfair, but I don't understand the person to run only shadowborne+bbq and then tunnel someone out. You can't run 1 mid tier perk with op add-ons and then use a currently S tier "strat".
When I do use ring people aren't dying until the 8th hook unless distortion/locker. Well.... that's actually just the norm for me so disregard that.
Not really, you would lose vs most competent survivors even if you have insane macro+m1 mindgames.

I do feel bad for Meg over there. Her name was extremely similar to Nea's, so I think SWF sent her to an unfair match. I didn't tunnel her out, but she sure looked new.
Ash was a good survivor, he did what he could.
So... impressive?

I agree, even vs non competent survivors it's somewhat impressive you won on that map. You have no control and incompetent teams are for too common for literally any player.
I have to play at a specific time after mmr decides I've played enough after a break to get good survivors.
Playing any of the killers I've mained at this point would be horribly boring vs bad survivors, not just blight. But hey, mmr is fine.

Who knows honestly, so many odd balls play that I've run into the possibilities are endless.
I enjoy looping them on Lisa until they rage quit when they can't get their normal down in seconds lol. Usually when the thrid generator pops I wait for the DC, and there it goes...like clock work.
Anyway they best enjoy while they can before it gets nerfed.

Thank you, though I don't think Disturbed Ward is that bad for killers. Visually I think it is awful, simply leagues behind the beautiful place it used to be, but in terms of balance I think it is okay-ish. There are worse places to go.
Honestly, I have absolutely no idea where in the MMR limbo I am. I just hope it isn't high.

I just know when I picked up blight I was a full abuser a couple years ago now. I was running alch-ring/green-speed, Ruin/undying/PR and bbq. I was so fed up with dh/iw at that point, calling survivors bots with perks because they all played the same, not because I couldn't contest them but because it made every chase the same. Blight can bait dh better than any killer. Then 6.1.0 dropped and there was nothing to match anymore.
I rambled a bit but point is my blight mmr is likely very high, when I take breaks it seems mmr degradation kicks in and throws me back to soft cap, then over the course of 5-10 wins it puts me back where I was. Seems to me like the actual mmr system is fine but matchmaking is just the worst.
My opinion on disturbed ward is that in the main building all but I think 1 of the pallets are really strong and that window with the ramp is really solid. Filler tiles are all A tier for fillers, there's a bunch of jungle gyms and the map is large with a good main building in the very center. It's no eeyrie on launch but up there for sure.
Edit: I want to reiterate something from my last reply, I have nothing against you and you could be the best overall killer player in the world, I just don't think a bbq only freddy would ever win a match if mmr actually worked. Since you know, freddy.

It makes the game mildly challenging. Running the best stuff on blight/nurse isnt really that fun because 4k at 5 gens every single game gets pretty boring.

What would make the game mildly challenging would be not running Alc Ring/C33. If someone is gonna run them, that's fine, but just go mask off and run a full build because you like smashing people.
Running those add-ons and then using only two perks is like going to elementary school and beating up some kids with only one arm. Yeah, you won, but what did it prove, really?
Of course it'll be a moot point soon enough (probably).

You know how Demo-mains preach that STBFL will make you worse with him due to avoiding shreds? Its the same, those two perks prioritize using Blights power. Sure it could be a flex for some, but it is a very good way of weening off perks as your main method of 4k'ing.
