This game should be unbalanced.
This game should have a BUNCH of dumb strategies that are really good. Buff Call Of Brine, Buff Dead Hard, Buff DS, Buff Coup De Grace even. This game isn't made to be perfectly balanced, we should have a bunch of really good strategies that can all be used.
Both sides should have overpowered tools, and they should have plenty.

All of those old overpowered things are only fun for the side that gets to use them. Being on the receiving end of it was often very frustrating.
The game is a lot more fun overall now that a lot of that stuff is gone. Matches shouldn’t be decided simply by which side brings more overpowered tools than the other. If you had, say, 4 old BNPs, old DH, old DS (pre-conspicuous actions), etc. vs. old Spirit (no directional audio) with old MDR (+40% phase speed) + old Corrupt, old Ruin (200% regression), old Pop, etc., you might have a fair match just by virtue of both sides having brought a bunch of broken things into the game. But if you take that away from one side and they just bring average tools instead, then you likely have a super one-sided match that has nothing to do with player skill and that feels TERRIBLE to be on the receiving end of regardless of which side you are playing.
In short: matches now depend more on player skill than they used to since a lot of the broken stuff got nerfed, and that’s good.

When the game is new its fun. When people play it daily for 6 years and it got min-maxed to the ground -- you can't have that, imo

That‘s what we have with killers right now. Survivor is infinitely unfun, because of killers getting everything in their favor. Only killers are allowed to have good perks. Skill is nothing that matters when all maps are just garbage reworks.

This game has been survivor sided since launch my friend and it’s only now finally becoming the most balanced it’s ever been.

You don‘t play survivor!
It was survivor sided, but now it‘s killer sided. The big difference survivors are 4 people and the killer one. All should have fun and not only one.

Not really. Survivors have plenty of good perks too.
Not all of the map reworks have been bad. The ones that were bad were Rancid Abbatoir (too many deadzones/too killer sided), Garden of Joy (barely anything changed/still too survivor sided), Mother’s Dwelling (did nothing about the building so still survivor sided), and Temple of Purgation (overnerfed for survivor and didn’t even really need a rework at all/too killer sided now). But a lot of the other reworks have been good or at least okay.

"Make everything op then nothing will be broken", is the worst balancing take I've seen across multiple games. Sure give survivors all their old tools and give killers 1 hook moris back, omega blink nurse, or instarev billy and you'll see why it's best that some things are left in the past.

it´s not killer sided, it´s just less survivor sided than before, the game just can´t be killer sided because there´s 4 survivors for 1 killer, 4x more people should play survivor

No, terrible idea. Eventually someone would have the better part of the deal on everything buffed and it would cause players to leave.

How is it skill right now? All killers just tunnel and bring ten regression perks, that make it impossible to win as survivor.

Yes yes I do play quite a bit of survivor, again. Been around a while. This game since launch has been survivor sided. It’s facts. You can’t argue that. Survivors are getting balances over the years to finally correct it.
Not sure why people keep wanting to beat a dead horse. Poor Maurice.

Play TCM if you want an unbalanced asymmetrical game.
I don't want to because as it turns out making a game like this unbalanced leads to uninteractive and very frustrating gameplay. And worst of all, an experience that doesn't feel immersive or authentic.
