Add a sound effect for Gearhead
The activation of this perk is too easy to miss without a sound effect.

Kinda stepping on Call Of Brine's toes a little isn't it? Especially as with Lethal you can take this up to 10s.
Gearhead is great on someone like Huntress.
Edit: If it needs buffing, might be nice if Gearhead triggered a (good-only/normal?) skillcheck when a Survivor is wounded too. Anyone on gens gets a warning they have been seen, but still has their aura for 8s, anyone not on gens doesn't know and can still get caught by it normally.
This would mean you could look around when you wound someone and see what's what.
Not sure if good-only or normal would be better. On one hand you gives chances for great skill checks every time you wound... however you also make it less apparent you have Gearhead... not sure which is better.

It doesn't have to be loud noise notification i mean just a noise notifcation that the perk activated. So you would still have to look around to see where the aura is and distortion would still hide it etc

I do think it'd have to not be a Loud Noise Notification, but something more akin to the sound Distortion or Alert make when they trigger would probably be a nice little buff.
Though, on the other hand, Gearhead is already a pretty good perk, I don't know that it really needs this buff.

In a similar vain of how Distortion has a sound effect when it goes off, or when Flashbang has a sound effect when you can make one, or as Jester mentioned Alert, this could be very nice especially considering the perk does go on a timer when it activates and can be very easy to miss, especially when most auras that would be triggered by the perk can very easily be blocked by the aura of a generator in the way.

Ahhh gotcha, that's actually a really nice change, especially for console.
You can't turn as rapidly to look around like you can on a mouse, so an audio cue would at let you be a little lazier on console, letting you at least know when it's worth looking vs.staying on your target.
