Please Add a Way to Get Old Charms

I'm greatful that things such as previous rift skins and holiday skins eventually get added to the store, but please consider adding a way to get old charms as well.

Me and many others will agree that there are charms that we would absolutely LOVE to be able to get again and are heartbroken that we can't. Even if charms seem like such a small thing in comparison to skins, it feeds into FOMO. It feels bad to see a really cool charm from another player, just to find out you will never be able to own it yourself. I and, likewise, others probably would not care if we had to pay to get older charms from a shop, as long as we're given the option at all.

I know this is a topic that has been suggested before, but given the recent effort that has been put into ingame skins, I'm hoping that maybe this is something that could be reconsidered.
