Is Twins a killer alot of ppl DC from?
I'm currently lvling twins to P1 and get their perks and... I'm seeing a pattern. Is this the usual for twins or something? I've only had 3 games so far, so... maybe it's just a fluke, I dunno.

It's the usual. Alot of Twins slug so they've kind of got a reputation, alot of people just prejudge and opt out I think. I rarely see Twins so for the sake of variety I don't see the point in opting out but it is what it is.

Until Victor learns how to hook survivors, slugging as Twins is kinda required.

They're definitely not anyone's favorite. It's usually a long drawn-out slug fest.

I will echo the sentiment already shared that they tend to be sluggers so they don't have a fun reputation.
Honestly it's not even the killer's fault really. Their power does encourage the play style. Let's hope their rework is more fun for both sides.

Twins is one killer that makes me sick being in the same match with. I dread the time when they rework her and I will start seeing more of this disgusting killer

Yeah people don't really like twins because its the same loop of someone gets downed, an injured person goes for the pickup then gets downed by victor etc. I still think a button to make charlotte slowly walk towards you while you control victor would be a great change for the twins as the biggest issue is just someone holding W away after getting hit then having to walk anywhere from half to the entire map away.

Personally, I very much enjoy facing Twins. It’s a fun challenge testing the skills of Twins players, especially when trying to repeatedly juke Victor.
Slugging’s obvs not ppls fav playstyle (the camping and blocking strats w them can also be aggravating) but not all Twins players opt for it, and they’re such a worthwhile match, imo, even considering that actually seeing them is somewhat of a rarity.

I enjoy playing against the Twins, but because it's a relatively weak killer, people are forced to play 'dirty.' That's why some disconnect, especially newcomers

Twins are far from weak. Easily an A-Tier Killer, you can steamroll a lot with them.
But they are not really fun to play as or against. I think most players dont want to slug Survivors for so long, but Twins are designed to encourage this. And well, as Survivor, it is obviously not fun to be slugged and Victors Hitbox with the size of a truck adds to this.

I don't think so. It's hard to say because they're the least-played killer so they're really rare, but when I do playing Twins I don't notice loads of DCs.
Literally the ONLY killer I notice more DCs from is Skull Merchant. Even the other unpopular killers don't really get DCed against much more than usual.

Twins is a pretty high tier killer, especially with boons being at an all-time low.

Twins are currently unplayable, because Victor likes to bounce off of invisible walls, and BHVR refuses to acknowledge this bug, even though it's so consistent and easy to recreate, that they obviously could have seen this bug if they literally took 3 minutes to check it out.

You read exactly one sentence of my post and nothing more. As I said, Twins are unfun to play as. It is not because they are weak, they are just not fun to play.
If Killer players would only play Killers based on how strong they are, we would see no other Killer than Nurse.

"Not fun" is a subjective concept; for some, it's enjoyable to walk around the map and set up drones, for others to vomit on generators and for others to sh*tting traps in shack. But I agree that their mechanics can be tedious

from how often i see twins, less than 10% of players have probably ever vsd them, and of those less than 10% id say maybe 1% of them actually know how to vs them at an even half decent level

They are strong, no joke.
They are just extremely unpleasant to play. You HAVE to slug, you get kicked in the face and you HAVE to use toy sword.
That's it. Are they a strong killer? Yes.
Are they a fun killer? For some yes, for others no.
Are they plagued by horrendous bugs and mechanics that make most people not want to play them? Absolutely yes.

Of course fun is subjective. But if Twins would be more fun, you would see them more. (The Bugs add to it, but lets pretend Twins are working as intended)
The slugging is one effect. I dont like Twins because I dont like to slug, BUT they are so good at slugging that it is just logical to slug with them. And often enough you have to do it, because you first have a cooldown with Victor, THEN you have to switch from Victor to Charlotte and THEN you have to walk to whereever you downed the Survivor. And at this point, they might already been picked up.
And even if not, the minimum of time you have to spend to pick up a Survivor is already quite some time for them on the ground and there is nothing anyone can do about that.
Add to that that the Cooldown after a Pounce is also not really smooth or anything. But it has to be that long, otherwise they would be snowballing even more.
They are on BHVRs list and maybe they will be more fun to play as and against afterwards. Because the overall concept of Twins is great, but it needs a lot of work.

Im maining Twins for a few months and almost never have a DC, except for the people that dont want to be slugged, but lets be honest, the mechanic is good on paper, but gameplay wise its really clunky and its really punishing to be using my own power, too much between back and forth, so snowballing with the little gremling its the only way

Really? I love trolling Victor by running around a bush or up and down stairs or scaring tf outta Charlotte when she returns from Victor to see me up in her face lol
