Simply put, make all items, addons and offerings sharable for all survivors and killers.
For killers, make addons in bloodweb general colored addons that serve as currency.
So certain addons may cost more addon currency.

A great first step would be to make all Offerings account wide for each side. ofc Bloody part streamers and event offerings can be used on both sides.
