Perk buffs for Dance With Me and Insidious

I feel like these would be nice buff ideas for DWM and Insidious-

Dance With Me:

• Decrease/cut the cooldown time for the perk by half making it be 30/25/20 seconds instead of the current 60/50/40. This would put the perk's cooldown time on the same timer as Quick & Quiet which I think would be fine since Dance With Me is on a similar power-scale as Quick & Quiet and it would make the two perks fun to combo together.

Insidious:

• Add a bonus effect to where after Insidious activates it'll give 5 seconds of persistent Undetectable for every 2-3 seconds the killer stands still for up to a maximum of 15-20 seconds of persisting Undetectable. This would make the perk more viable because it'll still give the permanent Undetectable while standing still, but it'll also give persisting Undetectable based on how long the killer stood still for which can make it more useful then simply a camping tool.
