How does the spirit know my exact location?
Dude, I wasn't injured, I didn't leave any scratch marks, and I was crouching and she didn't even see me, and yet she used her power and hit me directly. She wasn't even looking for me.
Throughout the match she does this with the other survivors
I don't understand how they do this or is this cheating?
Spirit main Is that a skill? What is the counter if it is a skill?

With cherry blossom add-on all Spirit will feel like cheaters. To create more counterplay the developers reworked her add-ons but then for some reason added the cherry blossom add-on.... which removes counterplay...?
But in case that Spirit wasn't using that add-on, very good Spirits can feel like cheaters because they don't rely as much on suvivor mistakes but with intuition and sound can feel very "oppressive". On top of that they can use expensive headsets and/or sound equalizer software. With EQ they can even filter with presets for every survivor. So if they see an Ace, Dwight, Ada and Bill in their lobby they can select those 4 presets and the EQ will have the best filter settings for their sounds. (Which, in my opinion, is borderline cheating. If not cheating)
Lastly, if a person is going to cheat on killer it will most likely be on a Spirit. As you'd always be able to explain suspicious situations. I've had 2 or 3 suspicious Spirits in my time of playing where I kept their Steam64ID and every now and then checked their profile to find out they got a gameban after a while (Now anon mode will make that impossible).
Not to forget a well known Spirit main streamer, who played for a competitive team, I won't drop names I guess, got banned twice for using cheats. You could see on her stream it often looked like she was cheating, as she was never really looking for survivors. Especially at the end of the game she would always "run into" survivors, without really scanning around. Even though I really had a feeling she was cheating, you can never 100% prove it. Even when watching from her perspective, and by that time I had nearly 2k hours of playtime on Spirit myself. I could never figure out how she was always able to perfectly grab the survivor from the generator (with old Prayer Beads), without "feeling around" the gen. Even I would sometimes be on the wrong side of the generator. She just phased straight up and grabbed instantly, always correct, even though by blindly guessing you have to be on a wrong side of a 4-sided gen at some point. On top of this she was constantly talking, about all kinds of things, when playing SPIRIT! Also when phasing she was talking about "her time in the army" or about the weather or whatever. And still phases always perfect, grabs always perfect, every game a 4k.

This would explain tho.
Or they were just good. Cheating is also possible.

As others have said dried cherry blossom or good Spirits have enhanced senses or something because they always know where you are. Or cheating. She is a hard one to counter.

Do you have any videos or something showing ppl with these Ace presets and such? I don't even know how that would work.

If you were in grass, its possible they saw the grass move thus knew your precise location.

I mean without more context how would we know, but if I had to guess you probably moved grass, or she brought the addon that gives Killer Instinct, or she caught your breathing and extrapolated where you were, or one of a bunch of other things.

I know she can see the grass moving, yet I wasn't even on the grass

What's hilarious is that the hacking Spirit player still managed to get 2 outed in tournaments. They're one of the main reasons all players have to screenshare their gameplay and show task manager in most orgs now. I played Spirit in comp when they were active and remember her phases being absolute BS. You do not hear the totem from 20m away. No EQ is doing that.

She didn't use any aura perks, nor did she use those add-ons that granted her Killer Instinct

Any chance you set off a crow? It COULDVE been a cheater, but I've also seen plenty of videos where it'll show a survivor player freaking out going "HOW DID THEY SEE ME!!!" Then it switches to the killer POV and it blatantly shows the survivor running behind that rock 5 seconds prior.

Maybe, but how did she know my location so accurately? I was hiding in Jungle Gym, and it is impossible for her to know my exact location and exactly where I was hiding, even if a crow flies.

Without a video or something, I can't really say much other than prediction. If a crow tipped her off you were there, she could have just tried swinging at a likely place such as a pallet or a corner where survivors tend to stop to check killer position from.

Cheating is far more prevalent than people assume. I run into cheating Spirits every so often. Epic Store, anonymous, Spirit, having even just one suspicious instance? Likely cheating.
Watch for them suddenly losing all sense once the match is in a winning spot. Such as searching for the last remaining player for ages. It's laughable how predictable cheaters are. Of course, even more laughable is how easy it is to cheat and get away with it in DbD.
