What to do? What to do?

We have all been in this situation before. 2 survivors left. Several generators are left to be completed. Then the other person is downed and left on the floor for that sweet 4k that mostly every killer desires. Then something happens. The killer picks up and drops the survivor. Why, is the question we ask ourselves as they are doing it. Then, we begin to realize that the killer is trying to make survivor rat you out. In this situation, what can you honestly do? Even if you try to do a gen or simply hide, the killer will ultimately try to get the survivor to locate you.

My question is besides the reporting system, I want to know what can one do in that situation when both are trying to find you during the match?

Just give up and move onto the next match, or hide in a locker so the other survivor doesn't know where you're at. Don't forget to get video and report them after. I'm not sure if the killer can get in trouble, but the survivor certainly can.

It's very rare that I've been put in this situation. When the killer has tried to get me to help find the other survivor I'll just run around nowhere near the survivor and take the killer to empty lockers etc. Like, they wanna waste my time then I'll waste theirs. When I've been the last survivor, most other survivors also refuse to help and will just waste the killer's time. I'll just park myself on a gen in the meantime. May as well get some bp. I can't recall a time when another survivor has helped a killer find me but in that situation whatever, they can pat each other on the back and I'll just go next.

If the survivor proceeds to do so, its reportable. And if this ever happens to you, just do gens. Killer is forced to eventually bleed you out

I wish Killers wouldn't try to force a 4K like this.

I've had games where they'll camp the slug for a 4K and I always wonder what I'm meant to do in this situation. If I go pick up the slug, I give the Killer what they want and reward stinky behaviour that I don't want to encourage, or I stay away and hide until the other Survivor bleeds out. I hate doing so, but what else can you do if the Killer refuses to progress the game by hooking the downed Survivor? Obviously, the Killer is the one that's wasting everyone's time, but it still feels bad to let the other Survivor bleed out like that.

I did have a Feng try to lead me to an extra stealthy Bill once. Seriously, this guy was a total ninja. I did not see them all game. I don't blame her though, since he let the rest of his team take the heat and die. I don't know what I would have done if I'd found him, to be honest. I just wanted to confirm if he even existed (if you're wondering what happened, I eventually got bored looking and decided to throw hatchets into the sky, he eventually got the last gen done and then escaped. I let Feng go too).

This sadly does not work. I reported a lot people for working with killer but non of them banned. I even sent video to support but nothing happened.

Only obvious cheaters are getting ban.

And this is why I put in the OP on what do we do in the match besides the report system. Because the report system does not work. Months ago, I've reported in game and sent a ticket with video proof 3 times and none of them gave me a ingame feedback pop up when I boot up the game. So I gave up on reporting on sandbagging teammates. I'm confident they only do something about hackers and harassment. That's it.

That is unfortunate. I usually get a "We took necessary actions" notice about it, but for all I know, they deemed doing nothing as being the necessary action, lol.

Yes people do this..It sucks. Especially more when the teammate you did nothing to, decides to cooperate with the killer.

And then you're the enemy/douche to them because you didn't run at them and give them that final kill. And guess what, most of the time someone rats on another teammate, the killer just kills them right after anyways.

    Its aweeeesome. /s

Sometimes when I am slugged for too long I just go next if I can afford dc'ing. If not I'm on my phone doing other things.

I don't know that I've seen this exact thing in my thousands of hours in the game. Which is good, because I don't think there's anything you could do, really.

I've seen a killer spare the second to last surv in hopes (ostensibly) that they will lead them to the last surv, but only really in games that have gone on way too long because the last person is hiding/hatch scumming. I've had survs turn on the last surv and try to lead me to them because the other surv has been immersing/hiding for half the game and they've decided that if they are going to die, they at least want the hatch scummer to die as well.

But to just immediately go to soliciting help from the second to last surv after downing them? I can't really recall seeing that. And it would never even occur to me to do it. As a surv, if the killer did this to me, I'd assume they were letting me go; I certainly wouldn't lead them to the other surv.

And for a killer to stoop to such a desperate tactic to get a 4K? Pathetic.
