Its 2024, why are infinites still a thing?
Why are there structures like the houses on haddonfield that can spawn up to 3 windows at the same house, basically making it an infinite where you cant even keep chase, and the worst part is that this affects the bottom tier killers specifically m1 that have to chase and loop, how many more years do we have to wait until Haddonfield wont be abusable with infinite windows spawn?

I don't think you should be losing chase entirely, but I don't disagree that they are too strong.
The issue is that the rest of the map is kinda ass outside of the two houses.

I had a match on Haddonfield where a house spawned 3 windows, had no bamboozle and was playing an m1 killer, one of the house exits was not even clean, had clutter that made me go around even harder, it was pretty much impossible to catch up because I couldn't get bloodlust.

My favourite is the one window spawn on chapel

Exactly this. Those 2 silly windows are basically the only thing this map has going for it. Way to many deadzones (House 1 & 3, Playground, street section).
It is unfortunatly another bad rework with insanly weak and insanly strong areas. Even this out and i am all for the window nerf aswell.

Theyre strong windows dont get me wrong. But infinites? Nah. Those have been gone a loooong time ago
3 -
They are basically infinites, because the windows are god windows that you can't mindgame and MUST follow the survivor through the window because it takes longer to go around than it does to go through the window.
And because there are so many of them, you can't entity block multiple windows at once.

But you will eventually catch up to them
Infinites made Survivors truly uncatchable, and the only thing that could stop it was Trapper who took over 5 seconds to set down one trap which could be disarmed in (I think) 1.5 seconds and permanently sabo'd.

If you have to bloodlust 3 them to "eventually catch up" it is effectively an infinite. Because by the time you catch them, you lost the game. Yeah its not a "true infinite" but its "infinite enough" such that you lost the game.

Precisely why I think the entire map should be reworked. Put in more pallets and get rid of those stupid windows and the map would be more enjoyable for both sides.

That's just called a strong loop. As other people said, some of the houses have strong loops, but the rest of the map is essentially a transitional dead zone.
I main Bubba, and I don't use Bamboozle. When people run towards a strong loop (shack), I just leave them and find a better chase. If they complete the gens in those areas, you have even less reason to chase over there. I don't think we should be nerfing strong loops when killers can just ignore them.

I agree. That map needs help for sure. So does Badham. I “dredge” that map ;)

I have never seen bloodlust tier 3 outside a good looper at those windows, I can confirm that. I could probably count on my fingers how many times I've seen BL2 outside Haddonfield as well, so I consider myself decent at chase.

Right, and this creates 3 gen scenarios becuase survivors end up doing all the gens in those safe areas and now 3 gens are going to be heavily nerfed. So the point still stands that those maps are too strong.

Chase longer than 20s = "infinite"
somehow

Those windows are hyper cringe, but at least that's one of the few maps with a loop that egregiously bad

the houses have to be stupid due to the rest of the game being actually trash. Not every LOS breaking literally just wide open deadzone. Not saying it's good design but it's how the map is

Pff what do you mean clearly there being usually only 1 pallet in the middle streets is enough for survivors
1 -
It is an infinite against killer that lose bloodlust on those windows.

I get the frustration with the windows. They're too strong. But you can't be out here playing straight M1 killers without Bamboozle. You're just going to piss yourself off if you're going against halfway decent players. You can kind of get away with it on the B tier M1s, but the C and D tiers are going to struggle at stronger loops.

A couple strong loops when the centre of the map is a dead zone and every other house is ass doesn't seem so bad a trade off to me personally
3 -
Infinites as you're playing a M1 killer without a power or?

maybe because haddonfield doesnt have enough pallets and a lot of dead zones?
1 -
While this is not real infinite, its true that haddonfield is horrible map.
In fact, I hate this map with passion for both sides. They somehow manage to make most survivor map in the game i to something that makes both sides unfun most of the times, no matter the variation of it
