Deja Vu received a "temporary buff" until 3-gen'ing fixed. Will it be nerfed?
Why run perks like Visionary or Detective's Hunch to see gens, or run Overzealous for a repair boost when Deja Vu does both, and does them consistently?
Will Visionary be buffed (maybe gen auras show repair progress?), or will Deja Vu be nerfed back to its former effects?

Déjà-vu literally saves 4 seconds of a gen. Most of it's effect is because gold progress bar = dopamine. It was a useless junk perk that didn't even qualify as a meme perk. At least now the constant info it provides help break 3-gens before they happen.
Second, the "Anti-3-gen" system is flawed in the first place and should have less regression events BUT only work during the last gen. As it is all it does is lower perk variety and viability.

Right now I'm running Deja Vu, Kindred, Bond, and Open Handed. I thought about swapping Deja Vu for Visionary so I can see all the gens and get more value from Open Handed, but why should I use Visionary?
It does not give me a repair boost, I have to manually judge gen proximity to find the critical gens, and it disables briefly each time a gen is completed. Deja Vu completely overshadows it.

This is more a reason to buff visionary than it is to nerf deja vu.

The devs said they were only temporarily buffing Deja Vu until 3-gen scenarios were under better control.
Then again, they said that Bloodlust was only a temporary band-aid.

I run Deja Vu and Detectives Hunch because Hunch will also show you totems. Been having a lot of NOED and Devour lately.

If all generators are going to be blocked for 40 seconds every time a Survivor is hooked with the new Killer meta, it needs a big buff, not a nerf lol 😆

It still is.
It's just that the bar is set so low now that anything even remotely usable as a perk needs to be on the chopping block at all times.

The deja vu buff really isn't that big of a deal if they don't revert. It's a solid perk for me players in the free pool to help them focus the right generators and it's an okay perk for solos who can't coordinate with their teammates to avoid a 3 gen.

It could be. I'd like it to at least provide 1% gen repair speed bonus if it does get nerfed because the yellow bar is satisfying.

Deja Vu is fine, it doesn't need any adjustments.

Not sure which perks truly are the contenders for worst in the game, but I do agree with the rest.
Meta adjustments seem to be more concerned with nerfing things that are part of the meta, rather than buffing bad perks to usable levels. And that isn't good.

it is 5th most used perk in the game according to nightlight. Deja vu teams are most difficult teams now to play against because of gen-rushing.

Might gen blocking replace 3-gening so instead of reparing 2% and the killer coming to kick the gen get blocked for 40 + pain resonance + any other slowdown perk that makes it so that gens get blocked? I would honestly not be surprised if people just run corrupt intervention + grim embrace to block gens at much as possible and seeing survivors just focusing on totems and chest cause they cant even touch gens

I guess we should remove Bloodlust as well then.
Some things created for a certain reason, turn out to be just fine outside of that reason too.
5% repair speed is barely noticeable, and if you think seeing the 3 closest gens is in any way a problem...
If genrushing is a problem, you're better off looking to Resilience and Toolboxes for nerf targets.

deja vu is not trash. it is a perk that killer cannot counter and gives free bonuses for existing. you get pre-patch 6.1 gen speed for equipping it.
