He's still way up here near the top like new PTB characters normally are instead of being at the end of the list like he should be.

    This seems to have been fixed for Steam players in the hotfix that went out for them today.

    Unsure if this still affects other platforms or not.

    I do not have this problem on Nintendo Switch
