Is there a possibility to redeem codes not in-game ?

Title

I want to redeem the dragon year code because FOMO but I'm too lazy to re-install the game for this. I remember redeeming codes from a website instead of in-game but I couldn't find where so I think I probably got confused with an other game... still wanna double check bc i'll feel stupid for reinstalling if I don't have to

    No there is no way to do this for DbD.
