Can't redeem store code

I tried redeeming the DRAGONGIFT code in the store (PSN), and received the following error message:

this code could not be redeemed due to a server error

I redeemed three other BP codes without issue, but the above mentioned code did not work. I tried closing and re-opening the game to reconnect to the server, but to no avail.
