Is anyone getting frame rate freezing or stuttering?

I’m on ps5 I think it might have something to do with the new update and the new game mode but my frame rate has been really bad lately sometimes it’s small micro freezing and other times it’s giant freezing making me glitch 10 feet in front of myself
