Why are we buffing Huntress exactly?
She's the last killer that needs buffs at the moment. She's consistently at the top of the pickrates and you decide to increase her zoning potential and make one of her best addons basekit.
Sure, give her more Hatchets I guess but the wind up speed and movement speed buffs aren't necessary at all. Every other game will end up being a Huntress at this rate.

I agree. I dont really think that she needs any Buffs at all, Huntress is popular and she is also fun to play and fun to play against (aside from the Fridges she is throwing when it comes to Hitboxes, but nothing which can really be changed).
She is only a bit map-dependent, but none of the Buffs actually fix that (and IMO it is fine that Killers dont perform the same on all Maps).
So I dont understand why they decided to buff her that much. Increasing the Hatchet-Count would be nice, as a follow-up of the Buff she received to Reload-Speed, but the rest is not really needed.

Give her more power to proxy camp hooks. Unfun killers don't need improvements to become even more unfun.

I agree. She does not need buffs at all. This set of changes doesn’t even help her that much on her bad maps either, they just make her better on the maps she was already good on.

She doesn't need 7 hatchets, and she definitely doesn't need to be faster while holding a hatchet. She's already one of the best campers in the game next to Leatherface. What does this actually help her where she needs it? Huntress is fine, if she needs anything it's definitely not this.

Yeah i realized they didnt nerf clown or huntresses extra amount addons did they? So now clown can have like 9 bottles. And huntress 10 hatchets. Lol. Thatll be fun to see.

the buffs are probably gonna encourage a zoning playstyle on huntress and you’ll basically never learn how to play her properly

Huntress will have 7 hits and Trickster, if hit every single knife ( its impossible sucess to 44 hit ok?) he has 5,5 healthy states. Why? Its so much more difficult injure people as Trickster and he has less basekit.

Giving Huntress a machine gun with faster basekit wind up, when no one asked for anything. I don't understand the logic behind it.
BHVR's excuses to buff her are very poor.
"Out of hatchets with no locker in sight? Or maybe The Entity sent you to a map with poor line of sight, making it difficult to line up a shot?"

When I read huntress changes I was expecting a few add on changes (mainly iridescent head) but those base kit buffs are insane and weren't needed at all.

I like the extra hatchets and the increased aiming move speed, but the buffed windup speed is a bit of a problem due to the fact that Flower Babushka was 10% and the basekit buff is also 10% which means that Flower Babushka is gonna be even stronger now.
At the end of the day though I would've preferred her being a 115 killer over these tweaks, but that could just be me-

Huntress is not an addon dependent killer though.
She has several good addons, but she's not over-reliant on any particular one of them.

1 more hatchet and a crosshair would have been a way better option. Instead they buffed pretty much everything about her power?! It does not make sense.

she's very reliant on wind-up vs strong survivors. granted very few player actually use LOS and her 4.4 weakness. her lower wind-up will make her a lot better on her worse maps... however I think it indirectly nerf deathslinger because lower her wind-up becomes, the less purpose deathslinger has as a killer.
I used play a lot of huntress, but now I mostly play trickster. I still try her changes but i do not see myself main her because i prefer trickster's rapid-fire type gameplay more then her gameplay. Either way, I am glad she'll be more challenging opponent when I am survivor.

Well i think their stance on crosshairs was they like her not having one. I forget the exact quote. Also they said if you have certain monitors or programs you can just put it on yourself.

I know but it's still stupid. If they aren't against you using one then why shouldn't it simply be an ingame option? It makes no sense.

Huntress doesn't need buffs. Her and Wesker are prime examples of well balanced killers. These changes are awful.

I actually think she doesn't need more Hatchets, I think 5 is fine.
The movement speed is what is needed for it to really help with her map dependency cause indoor maps they round corners left and right and this will help her keep up.
The 10% faster basekit is nice as well for this.
Extra ammo though is too much.
