Petition to give Gabriel more casual clothing

With the release of the Iron Maiden collection, Gabriel has finally received his first ever piece of casual clothing (second if you count his Christmas sweater), and it looks really good on him. The only issue is that the rest of his cosmetics are all very distinct from one another and the opportunity for mix-and-matching is all but non-existent. As a result, neither the Iron Maiden T-shirt, nor his Christmas sweater, actually look good with any of his trouser pieces. At the very least, I believe Gabriel should get a pair of simple dark-blue jeans or something.

I understand wanting to remain true to the sci-fi aesthetic with him, especially after so many people kicked up such a stink over Vittorio getting so many cosmetics that weren't medieval, but that mindset is also rather limiting.

So this is me respectfully asking for more casual clothing for Gabriel. I think he deserves better. 🧡

    I agree, I was just talking about this to a friend to other day. Its something that is missing and that t-shirt looks great.

    You can still have casual clothing that's still space theme'd, one does not exclude the other.

    Also i'll never get the people who wants modern cosmetics for Gabe but takes massive issue with Vittorio getting modern cosmetics just because he's from the dark ages, either all Survivors can have modern clothing or nobody can have modern clothing.

    I don't have an issue with Vittorio getting modern cosmetics—in fact I vastly prefer them. I was merely pointing out that I've seen some other people share those opinions and this could be a reason why Behaviour are being so strict with the theming of Gabriel's cosmetics.

    And in terms of casual cosmetics, I meant just simple stuff that doesn't have a "theme". I've noticed a big trend that certain survivors always seem to have rigidly themed cosmetics in terms of prints or decals, like Kate having guitars on her Cozy Break cosmetic, or Jeff nearly always having metal band logos on his like he does in that same collection. This neglects any other aspect of their personalities and/or lore in favour of one idea repeated again and again. Not all of Kate's cosmetics have to be music-themed. Not all of Ace's have to be gambling-themed. Not all of Jeff's have to be metal-themed. Not all of Gabriel's have to be sci-fi-themed.

    As long as we don't end up with cosmetics similar to the ones in dbd mobile where it's cosmetics designed with their own themes to fit as many characters as possible rather than a unique outfit designed specifically to fit a single specific character like it is with core cosmetics, i'm fine with giving them casual clothing.

    Also when i say casual clothing that is space theme'd, i'm mainly thinking of casual clothing as seen in other sci-fi games such as Mass Effect.

    I agree with this. Of course I understand people want casual skins for him. I do too at times. But the next biopunk skin imo will be the most casual looking outfit from his time period. If you played cyberpunk 2077, some npcs wear stuff like that.

    But at the end of the day, I'm fighting for a shirtless skin anyways for him. Call me basic, but I want it

    Gabe's upcoming Biopunk cosmetic may be his most casual looking cosmetic so far, but it's also his most metal looking outfit as well, which fits right in with the fact that we just got Iron Maiden cosmetics.

    Also i wouldn't mind a space theme'd T-Shirt similar to the one in Mass Effect that Shepard wears on the Citadel, clothing from Cyberpunk (both casual, weird and unique) would also be pretty neat as well.
