Deliverance (or auto deliverance) if last one alive and on first hook?
I was playing a game and got downed for the first time during end game, my teammate ran out and I got hooked, it was my first hook so normally I could unhook myself, but because my last teammate ran out I couldn't do that. If you're the last one alive should Deliverance still let you escape, or even do it for you as to not hold the game hostage with the same requirements needed (safe unhook, 1st hook stage)?

The game is over at that point so it's fine for the last survivor in trial to just die on hook.
If you have deliverance active and haven't been hooked, you need to play aggressively.

Hard disagree.
-The game isn't over until all survivors either escape or are sacrificed. Survivors have 3 hook states. If a survivor has 2 hook states remaining, there is still game left to be played, especially if that player has a perk that gives them a free self unhook.
-There are plenty of situations where it's actually preferable to have deliverance up in the endgame. Survivors are perfectly capable of running the killer for long periods of time, and of doing gens fast, so if the killer takes a while to get their first down you may only get deliverance up during endgame. Also, it's possible you get Deliverance up early in the game but manage to run the killer for 5 gens, yourself. In both those situations you wouldn't use your Deliverance aggressively - in the first case because you didn't have a chance earlier in the game due to not having it up, in the second because the longer you hold chase the better it is for your team.
