How DMS is not problem while stacking with other strong perks?
Why this perk is giving free slowdown to killers. Is it really intended to make it stacks with PR, GE, UW and Friends until End?
If killer pressure on gens and get value from perk, it's fine. But killer does not need to do anything for value from this perk when it's stacking with any perk which makes survivor interrupt with gen.
And this perk will always be problem because any perk which forces survivor leave to gen will stack with DMS and it will give free value.

It's not free because the killer needs to hook the survivor. It's a reward for work.

It's free because hooking survivor is only first requirement. The other, you need to force survivors leave the gen. If your other perks are doing that for you, then there is problem. This perk is so strong for stacking with other perks.

If the presence of DMS is discovered, there is a way to temporarily stop repair gen and see what happens before hooking up next time. If survivors respond flexibly, it will not be such a threat. Of course, there is some pressure involved, but it is the result of the killer taking advantage, and vice versa.

Doing your objective and being rewarded for it is called FREE. Your not going out of your way for value. That's free.

You say adrenaline is free, flash grenades are free, everything is free. That's just sophistry. Please think mutually.

To be fair, it doesn't stack with PR (anymore) or GE. The other two, though, those are more on the money.
I've said this before, but I think DMS just needs to be reworked. Otherwise we're gonna keep seeing perks that synergise with it and make it miserable to go against. It just needs a whole new effect.
