BHVR PROVED They Can Do It
BHVR, as a Billy Main.... You proved you can BUFF a killer to the right spot WITHOUT adding so many unnecessary nerfs. Billy is back to where he should've stayed before the nerfs MINUS the annoying roar. I tip my hat to you devs. You guys did an amazing job on Billy.
Can we throw Wraith in now? He needs buffs because he's super addon dependent and his speed nerf upon reappearing was unjust.

I think they did a good job with the Billy rework. He feels good. I also think there are a number of killers out there that could use similar treatment. With that said, I don't think the goal should even be to make it so all killers are "equal". For one thing, it is an impossible goal. For another, there is a large difference on certain characters between their skill ceiling and floor. Nurse is a perfect example of this. If you were going by overall kill rate, she would be considered underpowered. But anyone who knows this game, knows that at her skill ceiling she overperforms. How do you balance that?

I'm glad to hear that another person believes how unnecessary the uncloak speed boost nerf is. Wraith's hyperlunge felt so good at that time and actually increased his skill ceiling when it came to his anti-loop. I can't play Wraith without a swift hunt add-on because of that nerf. I'm sure they can restore it and no one would overreact about Wraith's base-kit being OP again.
On the topic of Billy, his add-ons could use some more work because half of them are pretty useless. Bring back Mother's Helpers.

MMR just needs to learn the job. In fact, everyone who knows about Chase and the generator repair tactics against the nurse, including me, has either won or lost against her. Quite strong, but not overly so.
Because this game is for survivors to complete the generators and get out of the gate. This can be accomplished by simply, dodging a couple of blink attacks and be downed at out of the way of others survivors.

Wraith does not really need any changes. He is in a very good spot right now. For Billy, changes were needed because his effort did not match his reward in the slightest, he is one of the hardest Killers to learn and play and yet his results were really underwhelming before the Buff.
Wraith however is one of the most simple Killers in the game. It is fine if he is not on the same Level like Billy when it comes to results.

The only thing i would maybe revert is the nerf to wraiths uncloak speed boost. They never let him fully settle when they buffed it and instead caved to nerfing it quickly. Which some people think itd be fine by now. Im not sure.

I don't think Wraith is that bad tho? Maybe they can add most needed add-ons to his base-kit similar to Clown and Doctor but even without it, Wraith is still decent killer unlike old Billy.

They proved it mostly with Billy which is amazing! However, Sadako, Trickster, Freddy and potentially pig on the other hand…..not so much.
Sadako still needed addons corrected and after 2 addon passes none of this changed. Tape Editing Deck for example. It’s designed for OG sadako. Has no use for the current. If tapes were actually cursed again and meant something like they use to this addon would be fine.
All of these killers got reworks which took away the best parts of them. Sadako at least got her tp back to where it use to be but they never gave her back her tapes.
They change killers completely from what you paid for instead of just buffing them where they need it.

This is very true and why I dropped her. I miss Freddy. He didn't deserve the nerfs he got. He's extremely boring now.
