Wiggle skill checks were granting 25% progress, must have something to do with these combination of perks. Either that or one of my teammates were hacking......

This may likely be a case of connection, or another player in the match. If you have video of the match, and made a report in-game, you can submit a Support Ticket with the video for review, per our Game Rules: https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/kb/articles/139-game-rules
