Greenville square gen spawns are ruining this map
There is absolutely no reason for killers to leave the woods when you could hold a 6 gen, surrender the theater, and pressure all the pallets that are basically in the middle of the map so you can destroy all the good loops... i mostly play killer, and its shocking to me that this map has the worst gen spawns ive ever come across in my favor, god forbid the survivors play against a plague main or a half way decent skull merchant... with the amount of dead space available for other gen spawns, im optimistic theyll soon realize the potential of this map

Ah, so now killers are "6-genning" love it.
Personally haven't noticed any issues with gen spawns, though the map seems pretty large though.

Im not defending survivors or killers, and this post wasnt about how killers are "6 genning"... its about how literally one gen spawns on the second floor of the theater and the rest in the woods, how is this not noticeable? Its leading to unintentionally "6 genning" because of this... pointing out these horrible spawns doesn't mean im blaming killers for anything, stop the tribalism, its getting old with this community

The map is very oddly designed. There is no point to ever visit the theatre as killer which is sad because it’s visually the coolest part of the map.
The map is way too big to ever bother patrolling that gen. It needs to be shrunk down and then spread the gens out more. Like the parking lot would be a good place for a gen but right now it’s just a throw for the killer to ever go there.

This was my thoughts too, and once all those 25 one ft long filler pallets are gone (which doesn’t take very long) that’s it.. that’s pretty much all survivors have to avoid getting zoned in trying to break that three gen..

That map is just poor design on gen placement - there should be a second or even third near the theater.
The mid is just multiple opportunities for 3-gens.

I legit said this on the PTB but does don't listen theirs almost half the map is dead because all the gens are on 1 side on the map their is 1 gen 1 past killer shack so basically the entire theater and all that over their is non exzistej untill end game and even then they prob won't follow u over their

The map is large, has a nice palette, and has a reputation for great interaction between loops, creating a balance that allows Survivors to pick up the pace without giving simple M1 killers time to watch theater screens. Even if there are generators in places other than the theater, it is an environment where the survivors can easily buy time and share the work to complete the gen. Also pay attention to the wall that the killer stain will pass through. At least it's not extremely difficult to complete the gen on this map.

"and has a reputation for great interaction between loops"...
You'r slowly climbing the ranks of the most bias posters on this forum which isn't easy. Who paying u go this hard in every thread?

Doing the gen in theatre and by statue early I think is an incredible bait, you have to complete at least one "middle" gen first before you can even think about doing theatre gen or else you're going to get completely clapped as the killer can easily check all other gens, especially if it's someone with easy map traversal. Everything else about the map is pretty good, but damn do the gen placements suck horribly.

Yeah I said the same on Reddit, where people overwhelmingly agree that the gen spread on this map is awful. There's a LOT of dead space by the theater and the carpark.
There's no reason for the killer to ever enter the main building as there's nothing worth protecting and it has some of the strongest pallets on the map.
Then, at the statue with the big circle of ALL OF THE GENS, there's also no pallets making defending them very easy.
It's wild to me that there are so many pallets, but they're basically in a line dividing the map between "the side with the gens" and "the side with nothing."

Of course, it's not easy, but if you're a seasoned player, you can try to take advantage of it. And to a certain extent, they succeed. The results will be very different from those who don't even know this. Just learning exactly how to loop at a rock and pallet double sandwich makes a difference.

Yes big time! I couldn’t believe that the gen in the theater is the only gen on that side of the map.

It’s the worst map in the game imo. Love the look of it but the gen spawns are killing it for me! It’s awful…

Another thing, It has those horrible Garden of Joy hooks where it's impossible to tell if a hooks broken or not by a glance.

No please don't complain about one of the few killer-sided maps. If someone sends you there for Garden of Good Luck Killer haha then let there be chance to ruin their plan for you :D

I just checked in custom game, Gens spawned like this.
Ignore Main Gen, killers cut down 40% of the map.

I feel its really sad for the main building play in recent years map.
For some reasons, old buildings offered alot of game play. Even the old Azarov resting place main that had 2 doors and 2-3 windows. Or old Thompson house that you can play hide a seek there. New Thompson doesnt offer much in game play.
Same to Eyrie, Garden, Theater...its mostly as killer you just ignore the Gen in main. They're too strong and far away from the other Gens to ever make chase, patrol there. Especially Garden main where god window right next to Gen. I dont think anyone ever run/make chase/mind game to the balcony or the back side of the house.
Compare the houses with basement between Badham (old design) and Lampkin :amd (new design). Badham offered more mind game and gameplay.
