Would you like a perk that allows you to mori survivors on death hook after 6 hook stages
Basically, the perk would allow you to mori any survivors who are on death hook but only occur after 6 hook stages have occurred. To mori the survivors they MUST be on death hook.
Does this seem like a good perk or do you feel that Moris are too strong. Would you personally use this perk if it existed. Or do you think a perk like Devour Hope is the farthest and best concept of Moris, and should be the only one to have an effect on the game like it is currently used for.

Make it 8 hooks so survivors think you're spreading hooks to be nice.
The ultimate betrayal.

I don’t feel like there’d be much point of using that perk when you can just bring an ebony mori offering which doesn’t take up a perk slot (and most other offerings don’t really impact the game that much except for map offerings).
Devour Hope is appealing because while it is risky to bring and has to be built up, it does not have the death hook requirement so it potentially has a big reward if you do get the 5 stacks. Whereas being able to mori someone who is on death hook anyway often doesn’t make much of a difference. A mori on a death hook survivor might let you bypass a DS or avoid a potential flashlight/pallet save sometimes, but most of the time it won’t be a significant benefit to the killer.

I would like more perks that allow moris but this is very similar to devour, which requires 5 hooks to mori

Why would anyone use such a perk? Just bring the ebony mori instead and you save a perk slot. To mori someone that is dead anyway isn't really strong. You save a hook but that's it. They'd be dead anyway.

No thanks. I don't want to deal with this every single match and making the new meta 8 hooks for a 4k.

I just think it should be basekit at 8 hooks (and all Survs alive), then as long as you Mori people to kill them, it stays unlocked. This would make people play towards either Mission Complete (hooking Survivor 1/2/1/2/1/2/3) with a 7 hook/3 kill win, or Mission Accomplished with 11/12 hook (equivalent) and 3/4 basekit Moris. I think this would naturally de-sweat the game since you can play to prove your skill only by 8 hooking before a kill.
I would also unlock something like a basekit lesser White Glyph for Survivors after the gens and totems are completed, for a similar Mission Complete/Mission Accomplished for Survs.

Why? You know Devour hope? It do the same after 5 hook and the hex need to be always there
Same perk, but with stronger effect and a little more risky
