GhostFace should get more unique add-ons and a slight buff
Current Ghost Face is like, you either run Matchbox, or you don't, due to it shaving so much time it's basically a must have on him.
So I think the add-on should get added slightly into his base-kit, or improve it in other ways, plus some coolder add-ons would be neat.

Ghostface has always had the issue of needing to run charge addons. It used to be worse when he had multiple charge addons.
I'm not against reducing his cooldown further. It's 24 currently, 20 might be perfect considering that Chuky's power is on a 15 second CD. But what "unique" addons do you really suggest for Ghostface?

I want, that ghost face no longer looses his power after a hit or miss. It‘s so annoying.
I also want him to be able to hide in lockers and then to jump out and hit someone.

He's missing a meme add-on (I love them), he doesn't have any playstyle changing add-ons like Myers has, with a power that simple it's kinda sad :(
+ There are some add-ons that don't make really that sense, like the one that reduces your Terror Radius by 12 meters while crouched.

A lot of killers don't have a playstyle alternative addon so I don't see that as being a requirement especially when comparing to Myers, tombstone addons have been needing changes for a while since piece is broken and judith's only gets used for an achievement. Scratched Mirror is map dependant and Vanity's is useless.

Vanity is kinda decent, ever since they removed the movespeed penalty, game changing add-ons aren't a requirement, but they're always nice, much better than having terror radius add-ons on a stealth Killer lol

One cool addon idea would be to block all windows or that you get a short bloodwarden or that they get blinded for 3s (like with a flashlight) after you stalked someone

The only thing I want them to do with his addons is to rework
knife belt clip
that addon is useless
his purple addons are already spot on

Victim's Daily Routine could use a buff, you can get 5 seconds of Exhaustion out in no time haha

I think ghostface's philly add-on should be base-kit at the very least. I almost never want to play gf without philly.
for me, the annoying part is losing your stalk when you m1 a survivor. I wish you could stalk but if you fail, you keep your stalk. I know it goes against the whole punished for playing bad as killer but I feel like GF as m1 killer is weak enough that guaranteed reward is warranted for his power.

They could always reduce the punishment from 100% to 50%, so you still get punished for playing bad, but your whole progress isn't lost.

Yeah maybe a slight buff to the exhaustion duration
it’s still a solid addon tho

I actually like a lot of his addon uniqueness. Ghostfaces issue are more so in his base kit, it’s just bad. It needs to be much harder to break him out of his power. Not you get broken out 3 seconds after breaking line of sight, it’s silly. He feels bad to play. You’re hiding more from the survivors than they are from you. Honestly the small speed increase on exposing someone could be base kit too.

Yep that sucks too.

It would also be good if revealing him would be more punishing. I tried him again today and it was so miserable. Two survivors were constantly following me and revealing me from a save distance and I was powerless the whole game.

I would just decrease the reveal distance from 32 metres to something like 24 or 20 metres maybe, so you would have a 16-20 meter stalking without the fear of being revealed

I do agree that he does need more add-on variety, but most people misuse his power to begin with. Ghostface is best played as a snowball Killer, which requires purposely giving up pressure early for more pressure later. Since most people can't play under that pressure, they panic, and try to play him as a bog standard M1 Killer.
As far as a gimmick add-on/power shifting add-on, I think they could reverse how his reveal works. When someone is fully stalked, they can reveal, and when they are unstalked they can't. In return, give the marked Survivors a massive debuff in place of Exposed, like 50% gen/totem/heal speed until they reveal Ghosty and end the mark early. To not make it completely unfair and cheesy, they could remove 30s from the timer if Ghosty gets revealed by any means other than you being the one to reveal him. (Aka multistalk and a teammate reveals, or Ghosty M1s to purposely cancel early.) This could serve both as a dedicated stealth add-on, and a playstyle altering add-on.
As far as a basekit buff, I'd say a 10% hindered for the Killer Instinct duration would be good. It can't be done to 'lose more', as you can't reveal Ghosty while marked, but it gives Ghosty a bit of a chance when bullied. High skill Survs can play around it by revealing at windows/pallets, and High skill Ghosties can use it to slow down Survs who never heal (or take advantage of them not looking backward in chase). I would tie it to the Killer Instinct duration, because that buffs the currently useless KI add-ons, without becoming too oppressive. I do think it overall is fair that he can be revealed by a dedicated 'bully Surv', and that is the best way to counter Hag/Trapper/Ghosty as strategic/setup Killers.
Other add-on buffs could be to provide more rewards for Marked downs. I love Iri Cam (or Scourge Hook: Floods of Rage on Marked down), and maybe other similar 'perk effect for a Marked down' could be implemented. Scourge:Gift of Pain (or Sloppy Butcher for a lesser version) could be great for Marked downs, as well as maybe 75% hit CD on Marked down (Super STBFL), or Haste on Marked down (Rapid Brutality), or even double power Brutal Strength/Fire Up for 30s. Some of these could even be shifted to when they get hooked/unhooked if you downed them while marked, to make more use of them (Rapid/Scourge/Brutal).
As far as Brown add-on players, I can't quite agree as a Ghosty main. You shouldn't need power any more often than 20s (unless they reverted the patch 7.0.0 reduction from 24s to 20s). Also Philly is mediocre at best. Both suffer the same problem of encouraging chase stalks, instead of strategic stalks. Get a 99 in 2.45s, then move on to another Surv. Falling prey to chase stalking won't provide you the pressure you need later on in the match. Also don't be afraid to pop stalks just to scare people away from objectives. If it causes a player to stop attempting an unhook, or get them off of a gen, it still is worth it to pop the stalk, especially if you plan on circling around during the final 5-10s for a free down if you used Olsen's Journal (Oblivious while Marked).
