Painful experiences lately in solo queue
Does anyone feel like builds like this should not be possible?
This guy was far from skilled but won simply due to gen regression and I also think Ultimate Weapon is an extremely irritating perk, the cooldown is too short and the Blindness effect is unnecessary and adds to the frustration.
I feel that Pop should have 4 tokens only and stacking 3x gen control perks should not be possible. We got absolutely wrecked by gen regression and him getting lucky scourge RNG rather than this killer being good at the game.

I feel like if everyone ran this kill rates wouldn't sky rocket or anything but they would be noticeably higher. Recording my games this season has made me realize this game is balanced by people not running the strongest builds and instead memes a lot not because BHVR has actually balanced the perks effectively.

Yeah and I have seen builds like this on Nurse and Blight which is just insane overkill against your average solo queue team. Bordering on unfair imo

Pain res and Pop require downs to make them work. They are among the strongest regression perks, but they won't do all the killer's work by themselves. I don't think these two deserve a nerf, it's just that other regression perks aren't as good, so we see them alot.
On the other hand, Ultimate Weapon is a very frustrating perk to face. Free info on demand, short cooldown, and stop action (on top with blindness for some reason). I know some don't see this perk as OP, but it's clearly overtune.
Grim embrace over that just add an other annoying perk to face.

A perk combo that actually makes killer feel like you have a chance in winning. Remember when every single match was Iron Will, Dead Hard, Resilience, Adrenaline? Do you know how long that took to nerf?

This is what-about-ism, see I was always a vocal critic of Dead Hard in particular and I think calls to buff it again are absolutely insane. Adrenaline can be abused with a SWF and is strong and I never use it, plus I have no issue with it being nerfed. I had no issue with Iron Will or Resilience and still don't and I feel complaining about those is ridiculously petty.
But none of that takes away from the fact that full gen regression builds with incredibly obnoxious perks like Ultimate Weapon are also unfun to verse. I would argue that being able to continuously use Pop is bordering on unfair and needs urgent attention
Obnoxious perks and perk combos should be addressed on BOTH sides
