As a Twins main I'm extremely unhappy with the changes
-Victor’s Pounce no longer latches onto healthy Survivors.
So much of the fun was finding a healthy survivor as Viktor, latching on to them, and then switching to Charlotte and trying to hunt them down while they have a screaming baby on their back. What's the point of Viktor latching on to them when they're already in a dying state? It will usually make no difference. They're taking away the fun gameplay interactions that made Twins unique.
Furthermore if Viktor can chain injure multiple survivors without being attached, it's going to mean a lack of counterplay because of Viktor's high speed. This is inevitably going to lead to his speed being nerfed, which ruins the uniqueness of the playstyle. I liked playing Twins because it felt like a challenge.

I can see where you're coming from. But from a different perspective, even if these changes are quite right, this is the direction Twins need to be taken in.
Twins atm are punished for both missing and succeeding with their power. This change makes it so they're only punished for missing. On top of that, these changes also pull the control of the power back to the Twins. Atm Survivors control the Twins power.
I am very excited to see these changes play out, personally.

Viktor staying attached when injuring a survivor was the counter for him being unloopable because of his very high speed. It creates a flow where I'm constantly switching between Viktor and Charlotte and their synergy. I don't see how survivors are going to have any counterplay if Viktor can injure them AND then immediately down them with no downtime in between. So now the strat is going to be just stay as Viktor 90% of the time and only use Charlotte for hooking? This feels very weird.

@sinkra The Twins changes also concern me, and I agree with most of your points. Especially about how the changes ruin what make Twins unique as a killer. To be clear I don't main Twins but do I play them from time to time for fun since they add a different perspective to killer gameplay. The difference in how killers play is what keeps the killer role interesting to me and helps stop it from becoming stale.
BHVR wants to make it easier for Charlotte to get back to Victor in order to hook survivors but this was 100% not the way they should do it. There are just so many fun gameplay elements removed from her kit and also it seems like Victor might be too strong if survivors cannot kick him. Will have to play the PTB to know for sure but if it is anything like their first Onryo rework, it will be a mess until they decide the first version wasn't too bad and just needed small QoL changes.

as twins:
you look a survivor at 20m away.
you use V it cost 0.5s, survivor running, now is 22m away.
V have 6m/s, need case 3s(17m) to Pounce, is 34m away from C.
V success hit that survivor, the survivor has running away fast V have 5s latching on. now survivor is 23.6m away from V, 57.6m away from C.
V need case 4s to 17m to Pounce, is 73.6m away from C.
now survivor is down, C need move 14.5s to move and pick survivor up.
this is killer player very skillful can pounce at 17m, what if, killer play not the top, only can pounce at 8m even 4m, or miss and be Crushing?
all case may need Double time, pick up distance may double too.
