Can midwitch be changed?
Why is it every map in the game including rpd changed or revamped, yet midwitch still to this day and time stays the same. I hate this map with a passion and cringe either when survivor/killer votes it the game pick it.

Probably because this map is not a most problematic one.
It's not exactly balanced but not ridiculous like some other maps either.

Give it the garden of joy treatment and add a second silent hill map into the offering so any killer who uses the offering risks getting themselves sent to a completely different map
The sh trilogy had some iconic places that could be turned into maps

Um my favorite map on both sides. Please don't change.
Other than the notorious bad hook spawns anyway.

Changed to what? The map is mostly fine as is. Not sure what you'd want changed or added/removed. Maybe figure out why you're so frustrated with it and play the map more. Load into midwich in a custom and just get an overall better feel of the layout/loops. It's really a fun map if you give it a chance and stop fighting against it.

Well RPD was my favorite map (resident evil veteran that played everyone of them)and bvhr gutted it to a mess and more of=killer sided map(as alot of maps has been of lately). I am hoping the same happen to midwitch, where it feels abit more survivors sided. It is already killer sided enough so I can see why killers like it.
Survivors now when they bring it really annoys me more than the killer brining it, cause at least with killer I can assume what we are most likely to get since some killers are a real throne compared to others there. Survivor brining now I just be like ????. Also its is the only map literally that spawns the two exit gates close to each other which is stupidly annoying.😑

I can say the same about people who complained about old and current rpd. Nothing about that map I will ever like and it makes no sense that every map have been changed/updated and its the only one that has not got anything

The vast majority of maps are survivor sided, so I'm not sure where you're getting that. I don't think RPD is killer sided in the way you think it is either.

Again, you haven't stated what it should be changed to or what is bad about it. RPD did grow on me after I played it more and just it being RPD. Do you just not like indoor maps?

Two gens spawn in one of the wings of the map which easily creates 3 gens and 90%of the pallets is unsafe. Killers also can just body block door ways to prevent saving a person on hook in some areas.

I like the pigs map and leries(only hate leries when its scratch mirror myers) I use to hate leries but it grew on me after awhile. Use to love rpd before they gut it to rubbish(as an veteran of the resident evil franchise). Midwitch is a awful map with long hall ways that just makes you 95% of the time will get hit by the killer specially high mobility ones and near impossible to 360 them to how long and tight the hallways are. The two gates being always close to each other too has always been an issue. The map design overall is just dull to me, I was not a fan of silent hill compared to resident evil so that could be one

You can also have a 3 gen on opposite sides that are basically an auto loss. Those 3 gens are on different floors, not nearly as easy to defend as you make it sound. Yes, lots of unsafe pallets, but there's also quite a few god pallets and very strong loops with windows you aren't mentioning.

I really like this map and funny enough I always thought it was survivor sided, before I heard complains about how easy it is for killers. Overall one of my favorite maps for both sides. It’s fair and you can loop with all pallets and windows. Not like all new/reworked maps with guaranteed hit loops.

There has to be some kind of licensing issue that makes doing large changes hard. Why else would springwood/midwich take this long for a map rework?

Midwich is fine, it's probably the most balanced indoor map in the game.

Balanced how? Running down a long hall way with a trickster/huntress who can easily just moe you down with their ranged attack? Or blight/spirits/billies able to knock you down no problem because you have like almost no space to 360 juke.
It is you mean the worst indoor map of all the indoor maps. All the other indoor maps have their ups and downs for both side(cept piggy map that I agree is very survivor sided).

The straight line zones are made up by the fact that there are various rooms down the hallways you can enter to get to a decent pallet or even one of those windows and break LoS to prevent a Huntress or Hillbilly from hitting you in a straight line.

the map is actually fine when you vs most of the killer rooster on it
I think the only killers that are actually problematic on midwich are nurse and sometimes onryo

Henry and Eileen should be their own characters in an SH4 inspired dbd chapter with Walter Sullivan as killer
