Deliverance change
Deliverance needs to either be disabled during end game or have it nullify the effects of being unhooked such as the endurance as well as giving 3 seconds of exhaustion after self unhooking. This is the final perk that needs a change so the survivors can't be given a free escape. Don't bother saying anything about getting the effect of the perk set up but not being able to use it because there are a ton of perks that become useless in the game anyway.

Perk 100% needs to lose basekit bt protection, but if it's active survivors should see an icon or indicator that it's there

why does it need to be disabled during end game? surely if a survivor has made it to end game without being hooked they should still be rewarded? i wouldn’t even consider it a free escape if they didn’t get caught once the entire trial up until end game. maybe do better to hook everyone before end game and you won’t have this issue. you can’t just expect the game to hold your hand all the way to the finish line, like at some point you gotta ask yourself if you’re being reasonable or just upset the game didn’t play out how you wanted it to.

Deliverance is just a lose lose for killer player for not insta tunneling the person unhooked and denying it active. They get off hook with basekit bt/haste and basically guaranteed to get out of the match unless you're playing a killer mobile enough to get around bodyblocks etc.

it’s not a lose-lose if you hook everybody once before the exit gates are opened, which is very easy to accomplish these days

I heavily disagree. I think the perk is completely fine. It definitely should keep the basekit bt as well, just because you unhook yourself doesn't mean you can't still get tunneled. I also see no reason to have it deactivate during end game, killers already have enough of a chance to secure one kill after the gates are powered.

basekit bt in endgame is an occasional issue in general, but not big enough to warrant change nor is it related to deliverance.
