Change for Shattered Hope
How's this sound for a Shattered Hope change;
Instead of destroying a Totem it seals them from Survivor use for the next 180 seconds(you still see their auras when you snuff it)
Your next Hex has a heightened chance of appearing on this totem
that bits a bit more situational but it can potentially be devestating

I would personally leave it as it is. But add the addition of something like:
Each time a totem is destroyed, gain a token. Up to a maximum of 10 tokens. For each token gained, the End Game Collapse timer is decreased by 6.
The perk deactivates when the End Game Collapse begins. (Basically, if totems are cleansed while the EGC is active, it does not affect the timer).

Dang I thought it would give it more stuff to doEh, could be good for it's own perk then

It is already a horrible perk. I mean this is the only thing which can "counter" boon totems and you still have to drop chases and such to use it. But now at least that totem is completly out of the game, survivors cannot abuse maps there.
