What do you think of all the invisible walls now?

I know they were added to prevent cases of people getting ontop of loops and just becoming invincible against some killers. Or killers dropping on loops to batman a survivor. Though the former was more interesting. But they seem to be getting to impulsive with adding them. You can't chainsaw as billy off the top of haddonfield house or any other high place. You cant demo shred which added more interesting sky leap-hits. And even huntress and slinger who could get cheaky hits through some stuff (backwater swamp) cant now. I feel it removes a element of realism and interesting gameplay of being at a higher elevation. (Also a lot of the time they end up bugged. I remember eyrie had a giant invisible wall on one of the stairways) its pretty unfortunate.

I'd be happy, if there weren't any invisible walls on hills at least.

I get that it could feel kind of unfair to be on the receiving end of this stuff and I've seen some survivors wait on objects they could get on top of until the killer disconnected but I still miss this. It added a bit of an extra edge to many maps and encountering a wild SkyBilly was like finding a unicorn.

From a competitive perspective it's completely understandable they want to remove this. But from a more casual POV, it removes a lot of fun interactions and randomness from the game, which also makes it more boring. Maybe they could bring this back for a second game mode with some adjustments to prevent extreme cases.

At this point, I have to wonder if the Entity is getting annoyed with BHVR. Her meals as of late have probably tasted… less than adequate.

They ruin so much skill expression and cool things you can do with certain killers. Sky billy, Demo, Blight (yeah Blight could fly just like Billy at one point, theoretically he should still be able to)
Its one of the reasons why I stopped playing Billy, pulling off those pixel perfect flights was fun as hell, and they gutted them.

Funny thing is i mostly ran into it with demo when they started putting them everywhere. Now i cant leap off pretty much any building. Same for victor sniping.

At some point they really need to go through every version of every map and make it so the collision matches the models of everything… Trees are still particularly bad. Also some objects that only go up to the waist of a killer such as the classroom desks in Midwich STILL block hits from specific angles and that is just stupid AF. Get rid of the invisible walls on 2 story buildings too. Why am I hitting a wall when trying to lunge forward off a ledge on Ormond? Get rid of em!

Invisible walls lead to nothing but frustration, especially on the Killer side.

Honestly the lack of them led to a lot of goofy moments in old DBD a lot of weird starts with great results, I preferred having them here more than not. The devs should've found another work around for spots where survivors could be invincible, maybe by just making them slide off after a certain amount of time.

I only see downsides with these invisible walls.
