Many survivors in 24hrs unhooking themselves WITHOUT deliverance

In the past few days, even past 24 hours, i've had MULTIPLE survivors unhooking themselves without Deliverance over, and over, and over. Way more than the 4% chance includes. It has to be cheating, unless there's some perk I'm not aware of? I've had over 10 unhooks in the past couple days with NO deliverance. It's so insane
