This is most likely related to the animal vote from a while back. That's a tanuki figurine.

I thought the tanuki was an existing model already. If it is, I’m assuming this is a mini-event like the Gnome Chompski one. If it isn’t, either surprise map tweak or they finally got around to adding the raccoon or whatever and it’s like a pixel in the image.

a mini event would be interesting. But I guess nowadays they would do it like a separate game mode similar to Lights Out/My Little Oni and not like the Gnome Chompski one?
