I was thinking about this. I thought we were supposed to be able to with all killers. I assumed this was like a bug but it's been around for quite a while.

I really like being able to get a close up view of my killer and cosmetic. Plus it gives you something to do while everyone readies up.
Not to mention you can make the killer face you and makes for a good screenshot.
