How is a known hacker staying in the game?
There is a known content creator that has video evidence on his own platform that shows him unapologetically cheating but continuing to play the game? It doesn't make sense how this can keep going on after so much time and with all the evidence showing he's hacking.

How do you know he isnt banned? He can just use a new account and go on.

Is there not the option of a hardware ban? Maybe this individual is that foul and rotten, that they deserve this kind of treatment.

Bhvr generally bans cheaters in waves. A big reason is this makes it harder for cheaters to know what got them caught.
The last time we had a problem this bad, it took a couple months til the ban wave went out.

I dont know what you need to do for a hardware ban. The only person I know about who was hardware banned was griefing and harrassing others.

Maybe the constant usage of cheats on different accounts is enough?

Faced his bot twice yesterday. I just think he has so many accounts he's not afraid. I just accept the go next now.

As others have said, they most likely have a stock pile of burner accounts to go through. May or may not be related to a certain free promotion several years back on one particular platform.
