Hatch can't be 99d
Hi, I remember I could 99 hatch progress with key, now it's not possible anymore you have to do all over again, please fix, it's been a long time

The hatch opening progress is not saved, before I could use the key to save the opening progress up to 99% percent, and then do other things on the map before leaving, that is, clean totems, open chests, then the killer noticed me and I thought that the opening progress was saved as before so I could instantly open it, but it turns out I had to open it again with these 3 seconds and the killer grabbed me, this has never happened before!

I don't see why it's needed. Just leave and not waste the killer's time.

But it's bugged, what if I have glyph or totem challenges? I don't wanna leave without doing them

Not a killer main. Just suggesting a reasonable workaround to something you consider an issue. You could also just do your challenges during the match if you're that concerned about getting hatch at the end, no need to 99 it then.
If hatch has spawned then either everyone has left (in which case you go through the gates and don't need to worry about hatch) or everyone else is dead (and in that case you didn't need to worry about progressing the game anyway so you'd have plenty of time for your challenges so just open the hatch outright).
The bug doesn't really warrant a discussion because it's a non-issue.3 -
I won't be able to open it in time if the killer notices me! This is a real problem; this hasn’t happened before and community are still silent about it here, I haven’t seen any mention in any updates that this is how it should be, I did the 99% hatch many times and did challenges. Progress should under no circumstances be reset (this isn’t the Pig’s traps)! I don't see any point in nerfing the key even more

I'm really confused by this question, because I'm pretty sure you can't even stop the hatch opening action? It's automatically completed after starting and then the survivor jumps in the hatch right after.

Of course, you can cancel the opening yourself, and of course the killer can prevent you from opening it by disrupting the opening progress when earlier you could have time to open it because the progress was not reset, you just don’t play with the key much and don’t pay attention to this bug, I often play with the red key to see the killer's aura so I know when something is wrong

Ehh the hatch is a wierd thing and im still not sure if it would be better if it does not exist.
Sure it is mile better then before where survs could basically ignore the gens and play for hatch with a key and yes its pretty unlikely that the last survivor will finish two gensbut i even when i still played survivor i always thought getting out that way feels kinda cheap.
Imagine if the killer had a similar mechanic where he could find a orb and if he finds it before the survivors escape or find it first one surv just gets sacrificed

How is it weird. It's not a "hold M1 to complete" action like opening gates, you click M1 and the animation happens. There is nothing on the screen that tells you "X to cancel". And no other survivor interaction uses M2 to cancel lol. Also I have never seen anyone stop the hatch opening halfway so I did not know it was possible.
Your bug report is currently flagged as Not enough info but if you make a better one I they'll probably tell you it's intentional.

mate, what else do I need to write to convince them? if they don’t want to understand this, then it’s their problem, they should know all the intricacies and mechanics of “their” game, not me, but this is definitely a bug, I often did 99% of the hatch progress and then opened it in a second
