Can't play Ghostface or Domo

I was going to play a game with Ghostface but the game is telling me I have to buy him again in the Dead by daylight in game store, same goes for Stranger Things.
As you can see I have cosmetics for both of them and have the special border for GhostFace because I prestiged him to level 3 before the update that change how prestiged works.
And if you we're wondering yes I'm on the same account that I bought the DLC for.
