What is the point of Victor?

he does one point of damage and….. that’s it? No slow, No vault discouragement, and no real point to keep him latched on?

From what I recall, Survivors that have Victor on top of them can't hear Charlotte's terror radius (making it easier to get the jump on them) and cannot heal or repair generators, preventing them from completing their objective until they get rid of them. Plus they also can't escape through the gates, making him a little more scary when it's end game.

The real strength of Victor, however, comes when he pounces on an injured survivor, since he can continue moving and attacking normally, which helps him snowball into a situation Survivors can't recover. Plus he is also really difficult to avoid when in chase (he moves way faster than Survivors, can get hits through pallets and windows and even go for long range snipes), which results in very quick injures and downs. That's why smarter Survivors will try to hold onto Victor for long amounts of time to prevent Charlotte from using him to damage the rest of the team.

The point of victor is a free injure/down they have a 1% chance of avoiding that takes a few seconds to get
