PSN Trophy "Outta Nowhere" Doesnt work

Have 20/40 progress on this trophy on PS5, tried so many stealth killers or normal ones, also perks and add-ons which grants "undetectable" but nothing count.

Downloaded aswell PS4 Version of the game and made in game 40+ undetectable hits and trophy seems doesnt work aswell.
