How to improve Singularity
For the past months, whenever I played DBD, I was maining Singularity. For whatever reason, he is the most fun killer to play as in my opinion. However, while I do not think he is particularly weak, I do believe he definitely needs a bit of help. Especially considering his high skill ceiling, some improvements would be very nice to see.

- Improve Biopod collision detection
- Improve survivor detection of Biopods
Balance
- Increase the spawn range of Biopods from 22 to 25 meters
- Increase charge time of EMP’s from 2.5 seconds to 3 seconds
- Decrease the post teleportation wake-up time from 1.7 seconds to 1.5 seconds (this refers to the time that Singularity is slowed down after teleporting)
The first point is possibly the most important one to me. Placing Biopods on terrain can feel very janky, sometimes you can't even place biopods on to terrain even though the game is signaling that it's possible. It seems unnecessarily restrictive and can become very frustrating.
The three buffs mentioned are small ones, but should help make Singularity just feel a bit more rewarding in chase. The last buff is venturing into dangerous grounds, but I do think that survivors making just a little bit less distance after a teleport would still be fair and balanced, assuring survivors still enough counterplay against Singularity.

- Broken Security Key:
- Rework: Increases the charge time of EMP’s by 1 second
- Heavy Water:
- Rework: Increases the EMP automatic generation time by 20 seconds
- Android Arm: Increase the slipstream range increase from +2 meters to +6 meters
- Cremated Remains:
- Rework: Slipstreamed survivors now suffer from the oblivious status effect
- Change rarity from uncommon to rare
- Cryo Gel:
- Rework: Survivors that become slipstreamed suffer from the hindered status effect (5%) for 5 seconds
- Diagnostic Tool (Repair): Increase the mangled effect duration from 60 to 80 seconds
- Ultrasonic Sensor:
- Rework: While controlling a Biopod, see the aura of all survivors within 8 meter range of any Biopod
- Hologram Generator:
- Rework: After successfully teleporting to a survivor through a Biopod, the survivors aura is revealed to you for 12 seconds
- Hyperawareness spray:
- Rework: Increases the lock on range of Biopods by 5 meters
- Change rarity from rare to uncommon
- Live Wires:
- Additional effect: Now also reveals the aura of survivors that scream for 3 seconds
- Diagnostic Tool: Increase the aura reveal duration from 6 seconds to 15 seconds
- Soma Family Photo:
- Reduce the haste effect from 5% to 3%
- Increase the duration reduction from -20% to -25%
Many of Singularities addons feel very underwhelming, but he also has some addons that are strong. And one addon, Soma Family Photo, which would become too strong with the suggested basekit buffs.
These changes should help make more of his addons actually impactful and good.

Whilst I'm in agreement with your QoL suggestions, the rest of this post doesn't make much sense to me.
I think that EMPs are entirely fine as they are. Creating addons designed to make them worse to use only emboldens territorial strategies that neither side finds fun to pursue without particularly improving hyperaggressive strategies.
Add to this the nerf to Soma Family Photo, and the version of The Singularity this would create would be less fun to play as, more punishing to play aggressively with, and more disliked by the wider community, in my opinion.

You'll get a lot of singularity players saying EMPs are fine. They're not. They need to not print until the previous one is consumed and maybe only print to 95% to make them more difficult to grab during chase. One of the big points of friction on playing this killer is thinking you're gonna get a cool snipe on someone you're chasing and it turns out your big brain camera is disabled for the next thirty years.
Not huge on your soma nerf.

I feel even though he feels bad to play and clunky they touch one thing with him or with EMP it will make him OP and unbalanced af I hope they do honestly.

I am not quite sure I understand. The only addon change that I am suggesting that would buff his terretorial playstyle a bit more is the addon that increases the automatic generation time of EMP's.
The basekit buffs are all geared towards making Singu just a bit stronger in chase, without becoming too oppressive, and the nerf to Soma Photo is just compensation. Pretty much taking a bit of Soma's power and adding it to basekit. I can't see that making him more disliked by the community.

The problem with nerfing EMP's in any severe way is that it just makes Singu's 3 gen unbearable to go against. Your nerf suggestion would be way too much, it would make EMP's way too weak.
Soma is nerfed as compensation for making his teleport at base a bit faster, so that Soma wouldn't get out of hand. It's kind of like taking a bit of soma's power and adding it to Singu's basekit. I don't see how that would be bad.

Your basekit suggestions don't really achieve that goal, because EMPs are already the most minor of inconveniences in chase. It's why I questioned them originally.
As for your addon changes, whilst the EMP print generation would help territorial playstyles, yes, my issues actually don't end there. Suggested changes to addons like Ultrasonic Sensor (perfect lockdown aura reads with a method to raze Distortion stacks just by checking pods periodically), Cryo Gel (Soma but better for getting Sloppy hits during 3 gen holds as survivors will heal and cleanse between pushing gens), Hyperawareness Spray (lets biopods be even more difficult to cleanse off of gens, paired with tougher to valuably use EMPs is a recipe for disaster), and even Cremated Remains (albeit less of an issue because Hux's walk cycle is incredibly loud) have concerns towards buffing an unquestionably boring playstyle.
