Freddy needs changes

Freddy Krueger needs some serious updates. He's the second least played killer in the game and most players find him boring now. He used to be really unique, but after his rework, he's gone from being cool but weak to just boring and average. His snares are basically a worse version of Clown's bottles, and his Dream Projection is probably the worst teleport in the game. While pallets are his most unique tool, having to replace snares feels unnecessary. In the endgame, he's almost useless because his Dream Projection is ineffective, and his snares/pallets lose most of their impact. Most of his add-ons need reworks, for example, there's a purple add-on that only makes survivors' footsteps louder when they are in the dream world, with three other add-ons doing simaliar things. While the Z-Block and the Cat Block reworks were a good start, most of his other add-ons don't do much. It would also be a big improvement to let him use snares and pallets at the same time.
