What should I do if I down someone upstairs in the hawkins

I have been downing people in the upstairs of Hawkins and people keep running there. Is there a hook or a drop over there cause I’ve never seen one. I keep loosing them and they just run back, it’s worse then they have boil over and I can’t make it.

    there is a hole that drops you into the middle hallway near where the upstairs gen tends to spawn. but honestly speaking if the survivor is always running towards an area without hooks and you don't have iron grip or agitation equipped just slug them and go after other people. (its on the survivor if they try to pull that sort of stunt and didn't bring unbreakable or no mither to revive from the dying state)

    theres a hook on the stairs but sometimes it can be too far… seems like the boil over users noticed :(
