Freeze on Startup

PC-Steam

I cant open the game without it freezing on startup

It started this update. I verified files, turned my pc off/on and am now reinstalling the game now to see if that fixes it.

    What are your PC specifications, do they meet the minimum requirements as listed on the Steam Store?
