My Oppinion about the Perk changes.

To be honest. That changes make me consider stop playing the game. There are so many matches with gens are done in 3 minutes. Especially in high MMR. So its understandable that many killer player use Pain Res, Surge and Pop. With the implementation of the anti 3gen mechanic, its comon that at least one or two gens are blocked without ever touching it. But you got some Value and buyed some time in chase.

With these changes there is almost no value and you buy almost no time in chase. When two Survivors pushing that gen, 20% are nothing. When someone uses a buffed toolbox the value is below 0.

These changes only providing genrushing in almost every match. These are not healthy for the game. Buff some other Gen Perks instead and there you have some variety. When you want another Genrush Meta, you can set all things you made before the first meta shakeup. It is absolutely the same experience these days like in the past…

The grim embrace nerv is also absolute unnecessary. The perk was absolute fine. Also the Deadlock perk.

The change for Background Player and Buckle Up is great and will be good for the game.

I dont have an oppinion for the changes with Weaving Spiders and DS.

The new Look for Borgo is huge…. BIG W… Good Job!

The Item preview is a two sided sword. It provides Info for new Players but also makes them a little more vulnerable because they have to read the description.

Last but not least the changes for the Killers.

Chucky:

tbh i dont play much as and against him.

Bubba:

huge changes. I think he will be more rewarding in chases.

Slinger:

Also absolute awsome changes. cant wait to try him.

Wiskas:

Now you have a chance to get away, when you play well while infected. Absolute Awsome.

Blight:

same as Chucky… I dont play often as or against him.

My Conclusion:

The Killer Perk changes are pretty bad. The Survivor Perk Changes are awsome. Killer Changes BIG W

    I disagree. I think in general these changes are healthy for the game. If killers will struggle too much with gens, BHVR can instead buff some basekit mechanic for killers. But I am really not sure if that will be needed, considering the current kill rates.

    I do believe these changes are generally good, making multiple gen slowdown perks not as oppressive anymore. I've been playing Singu with Surge and Sloppy as my 2 slowdown perks and have been doing pretty well. I think the slowdown perks that are getting nerfed will still be good enough.

    Unless you can give killers base kit insane transversal like Blight or Nurse. There is nothing they can change to a killers base kit for them to keep up. All survivors need is one person up and about and they can complete a gen on their own at an extreme pace. If the changes go through expect to see a ton more Nurses and blights. These changes SHOULDNT go through unless they nerf gen rushing. After the new killer has been out for a while, the killer queue is gonna die because no one wants to try and play extremely sweaty every game to try and not let it end in 3 min.

    I play both 50-50. I am so happy pain res is getting nerfed. It’s in almost every match I play and when your gen gets hit by pain res you want to throw your monitor. It’s not even a big nerf either, but it’ll make it far less irritating.

    idk… i had 5 games today. One was a bully match and in the other there were 4 gens down in less then 3 minutes. why exactly should it be healthy for the game? i dont get it.

    not to be a jerk but without video proof, I’m 100% certain that this is an exaggeration. You would literally have to afk and/or not win a single chase in a reason timeframe for that to happen in regular match.
