I have to do some stuff with the "chaos suffle" modifier. How do i get it?

The Chaos Shuffle modifier is available in the live version of the game (Not the PTB). You don't have to do anything special, just go to the menu where you normally select Play Killer / Play Survivor etc and you'll find a seperate button to go to the Chaos Shuffle queue.
