Inconsistent formatting on perk flavour text.

The flavor text on the Unknown's perks is incorrectly formatted as a quote. For example:
On every other perk, it is formatted as plain text:

Actualy, after looking into it further, it seems like this is the case for any perk introduced from the Alien chapter onwards. So, rather than an oversight, it seems to just be an inconsistency.

Yeah, I think they should apply this kind of formatting retroactively to the older perks so it makes more sense.
