I agree, also perks like Call of Brine and Overcharge have remained in their hard nerfed version even after the introduction of the 8x kick limit. Like what does Call of Brine do again? Makes the generator regress at 125% speed instead of 100%? So 25% faster for 60 seconds? And survivor repair at 400% regression speed. Kicking the generator already loses the time you gain with Call of Brine...

Why not buff Ruin, Call of Brine and Overcharge back to 200% but hard cap extra regression to 200% of the regression speed so you cant stack regression perks? Like 200% is still 2x slower than a survivor repairs SOLO (and there are 4 of them)

Thats really no different for Nurse cause shes just blinks then attacks problem was only nurses ran that busted Combo so devs were forced to change her attack classification. I urge all spirit mains to run this and watch how fast her phase attacks get changed

i would be ok on rapid, stbfl, knock out and surge working with special attacks. more perk variety to choose on killer.

Huntress is already so very strong in chase right now, especially with her two tap potential. Currently with the removal of the cooldown when a hatchet is thrown survivors already make 0 distance before another hatchet is ready. This specific interaction is a major problem in my opinion even without rapid brutality.

aim not sure what you’re talking about because her cooldown hasn’t changed for 7 years. Her windup was increased by 10% but that’s nothing insane. The on hit speed boost lasts 1.6 seconds and her recovery time is 1.75 seconds. So they do in fact make all the normal distance as they would against an M1 killers hit.

They need to bump Huntress and Dredge up to Trappers power level. I feel bad for these ranged killers who can't range well.

I tried playing Huntress like I play Trapper, and man survivors are never where I try to place my hatchet. It just hits the grassy spot and vanishes. Where'd my hatchet go?!

Well considering a normal successful attack cooldown is 2.7 seconds and this 1.75 is approaching half that I would say that’s a considerable difference. Huntress already has probably the easiest to pull off two tap in the game and it’s attached to a pretty low skill floor ability.

You said they got rid of her cooldown when she’s had the same cooldown for years lol, that’s all I’m saying. Also, low skill floor? Her skill floor is higher than half of the roster lmao. And her skill ceiling is the highest in the game. I could make a full 2 hour video on it lol.

And I would say Trickster has the easiest “2 Tap” because if you hit a survivor with 7 knives and activate main even you can actually down them before there on hit speed boost ends lol. Kinda insane.

You’re getting super caught up in semantics here my guy. I said cooldown you call it wind up. Same difference it’s quicker to use your hatchet again. Huntress is one of the easiest killers to grasp as a new player and get average results from. After 100 hours of gameplay you can already be developing enough skill to win most of your games. That’s why 99% of new players learn the game on her. She does have a skill cap that is high, but far from the highest. Billy, nurse, blight are dramatically higher. I’m sorry she’s your favorite killer and you don’t want to hear this, but she was made for the new player experience. Landing orbitals and cross map trick shots is not her having a high skill cap. There’s very little complexity to the killer and no techs or mechanics you need to learn. You ignore my point which is rapid brutality would be problematic af on huntress because her recovery is already almost half as long as an M1 and her hatchets are far easier to land than most of the rosters abilities. She doesn’t take long to get a hang of, but has a decent skill ceiling that can take time to learn.

Spirit is stronger than Huntress and she is and uses Rapid Brutality just fine. And when you combo it with STBFL she can be absolutely disgusting. So Rapid Brutality really wouldn’t be that crazy on Huntress especially since she is 110/ 77. Honestly she would probably be the least problematic user of it.

Idc if she’s my favorite killer or not. Her ceiling is definitely higher than Nurse and Blight and Billy lol. ESPECIALLY after removing moon rushing/ Hugh techs. That was part of his skill ceiling and it got removed. And you saying orbitals isn’t part of the skill ceiling is flat out wrong.

Huntress keeps track of far more things each match than any other killer in the game. Not only that but she can be completely gutted by 20 of the maps on the game. And is one of two killers that have to drop chase and reload. On top of being the only killer in the game that worry’s about the collision of tree tops. She has the highest ceiling and there is zero doubt.

Billy’s curving and lo pro clicks are difficult but there can only be do much that goes into turning your mouse on a horizontal plane. If ANYTHING Wesker is 2nd hardest and if they remove his big tech than it will be even less so.

And even though she is made for new people in mind, that doesn’t change the fact she has the 5th lowest kill rate out of all killers in general MMR AND TOP 5% MMR. And she has the lowest kill rate out of all ranged killers besides Trickster.

To be fair I don't see bad things coming with Surge working on M2. Maybe you could add 10-15 seconds cooldown or something.

I still haven't heard a good reason for these perks being M1 only. Does anyone have any new piece of evidence for why it shouldn't change?

because devs dont want special attack killers have too much synergy with certain perks because whenever the m1 req is removed from a perk like that (eruption, blood favour) it quickly becomes a very powerful option for m2s and that causes tons of balancing issues bc S tier killers become able to use these perks.

The only killer this would be problematic on would Nurse since Blight got nerfed heavily. And it would only be Surge being a problem as Rapid wouldn't help her at all. Should we really limit what we can do with all the perks in the game because of one killer? I think Nurse just needs to be deleted at this point for the health of the game lol
